Baljit sold our house for us at the end of 2021 when not only was it a December 2021 auction (due to lock down), interest rates were on a rise so it was a bit of a changing market. Despite this we sold at auction and were very happy with our result. Along the way Baljit was great to deal with. Always helpful.
