Considering Babak was not our local real-estate agent his knowledge and respect for the area was certainly noticeable. For us the seller we had complete faith in Babak. We would use Babak again with 100% confidence.

Babak persuaded me to go through with the house sale on settlement day as he promised he would organise a repair that became apparent only at the pre-settlement check. After the sale he did not return my calls or emails and did not complete the repair.  I had to get someone else to organise the repair more than a month later. Babak had been great up to settlement. But do not agree to any post-settlement work from him.

Babak was professional, informed and helpfull. Well presented, polite and genuinly engaged in my aspirations as vendor. I felt he demonstrated more energy and commitment than the competing agents in my district. The feedback he gave me during the sales process was informed and worthwhile.
