We first met Ayliss on a Sunday open home. Immediately I sensed Ayliss was very down to earth, very open and was impressed with the way she went about highlighting the features of the house, really putting us in the picture. Ayliss was also quite direct when asking questions around the potential pricing and interested parties. We only looked at the house once, decided we were interested. By Monday 1pm we had reached a signed offer, the owner accepted, the agreement that night. We went with a 5 day settlement, due before Easter. The whole process went well considering the tight time line. By the 5th April, we had the keys, very happy, bargain for the property in a win-win transaction all round.
