Ayliss made the entire listing and auction process plain and simple. I was looking for an agent to whom I could leave absolutely every detail possible to take care of on my behalf. I still had to sign papers but honestly, that was the limit of my involvement and I could safely entrust everything else to Ayliss, that includes LIM, building report, staging, photos, listings, garden tidy, interior touch up, open homes, contacting interested parties, lawyers, running around with contracts and introducing me to the auctioneer.
