Ayalister went over and above what we expected to market our house. He did many open homes sometimes more than one a day. He was always very professional and well presented. He is very knowledgeable on how to market houses and provided detailed feedback on clients who came to the open homes. He also provided easy to understand questions regarding sale and purchase agreements and how an auction is run. This was our first auction and it went very smoothly as we knew what to expect.
