With a long list of open homes to visit in one day and a bunch of restless kids, Adam accommodated our logistics nightmare agreeing to meet early at our first viewing. He quietly let us look around and ask him questions without hassling us for contact details and trying to ‘product sell’. It became apparent and a joke as the day continued as we met Adam at a number of homes throughout the day. We had two houses we were particularly interested in neither had current offers, the other agent not being flexible in price expectation and damage needing repair. Adam encouraged us to make an offer at the top end of our budget and then negotiated between us and the vendor in small increments to find a price both were happy with for a quick and clean sale. After securing an offer Adam was very attentive checking progress and after becoming unconditional still very helpful with small requirements beyond expectation.
