Avtar is very knowledgable about the property market and how to present the property to get results.

Avtar was able to offer advice on what repairs / improvements would maximise the sale-ability of the property and clearly had a good knowledge of the market and what buyer's were looking for. He was able to deal with the challenges that occurred along the way with clear communication with the parties involved.
