Aveshkar hails from the beautiful land of India. After successfully completing his degree in Hotel Management, he served in the hospitality industry for 20 long years in 5-star properties in the UK and India.
The urge to explore newer avenues brought Aveshkar to New Zealand, a land so tranquil and picturesque. His inherent nature of being calm, composed and poised in any situation made him fall in love with the place.
Prior to Real Estate, Aveshkar owned a restaurant in New Zealand and is still referred to as the ‘curry boy’ by many of his customers who he enjoys a great camaraderie with, owing to his warm and caring attitude.
Over the years, Aveshkar has acquired the requisite skill set that enables a person to manage people, time, money, and resources optimised. He believes that ‘Hospitality’ is the keyword when it comes to being a service provider, be it in any industry.
