Very responsive from first phone call for an appraisal once we signed up the sale agreement after having the market tends for the area explained and best way to market the property being a deadline sale and letting the market decide the true value.Team Kartolo brought all the agents in for a walk through and a briefing which was in our opinion a great idea as we were blown away with the response after 4 days and multi offers coming in we took great advice on shortening the deadline date bringing in some more offers.As Jemima was our primary contact she kept us highly informed on every detail of the process as did Jeremy,Jorja,Sheyanne and Sarah all kept information flowing freely through Jemima to us.Admire the whole team for their commitment and professionalism.
