Listed on the market for 3 weeks after then I was presented with 4 offers, and it was sold within 3 days with settlement 2 weeks later and at almost asking price. I couldn't have asked for a smoother result.
Craig was unfailingly positive whilst being realistic. He was also rapid in response, reassuring in manner and helpful in making suggestions. Once the deal was done he continued with making transition arrangements, responding to questions promptly. This is the second time I have interacted with Craig over a house sale and he will be my first call if circumstances change yet again and I am looking for a residence in the area.

When we had our first very casual conversation with Hugo, I honestly never took it seriously, but boy were we wrong. The amount of effort that Hugo put in to make sure we got the property we were looking for was something that we were not expecting at all. With all the other agents, all we got was, "there is already an offer on this, put yours in now" and those properties are still on the market. And after the viewing, they never bothered to get back to us at all. Not with Hugo of-course, we really appreciated how he kept suggesting us different properties even though we were initially not even taking it seriously. I'm pretty sure if it wasn't for his perseverance, we would not have been able to buy a house for us this quick. His knowledge, communication skills and also at times, personal advice, has been really helpful. I do really wish all the sales agents were like Hugo. There is kind of a stigma around sales agents working with huge corporations, but Hugo it seems is built different. He negotiated with the vendor on our behalf and was able to get us the deal that actually suited us. Also, unlike many other agents, he was available for us when we needed him, and not when he needed us. I would definitely recommend Hugo to anyone who's in the market for a property, especially if they're a FHB like us because of the amount of help he offered. Honestly, give this guy all the promotions you've got already.
