What I liked up front was no pressure or false interest and no selling or free appraisal offer to me when I met him at an open home prior to deciding to sell. Instead a genuine interest in the me and my daughter who was with me, houses, renovations, gardening and ideas on polishing properties for sale. His rounded experience and up to date, front of mind knowledge around the local property market and realestate business was highly reassuring. I felt well supported by the extra mile Craig went as we got organised to go on sale: his punctuality, professionalism and honest local guy attitude.
