Photos and twilight drone footage taken by the photographer over two separate visits looked amazing and along with a comprehensive, well scripted description of the property the social media marketing was very effective in reaching potential buyers with lots of hits across a number of platforms. Signage on the street helped too, eye catching and prominent. We had great turnouts at open homes with a good number of private viewings. Communication with Craig and Yvenna was easy. Always a prompt response day or night. We were kept fully in the loop via a group chat with Craig, Yvenna, their PA and ourselves so that everyone knew what was going on at all times. Feedback from buyers was provided after each private viewing and we received a comprehensive vendor report following each weekend’s open homes. Having accepted a pre-auction offer our auction was brought forward and sold under the hammer. Even after accepting that first offer when the house was essentially sold Craig and Yvenna kept working on our behalf to get other buyers to the auction in order to maximise our sale price.
