Experience was Ok

Our experience was okay overall. Atiria always made time for us to view the property, which we appreciated. Her support throughout the process was satisfactory. As we were not first-time buyers, we already understood the home buying process, which made things easier for us. However, we did feel that the experience lacked a personal touch at the end. There was no real congratulations or acknowledgment when the purchase went through. When I called, I was simply told to collect the key from the office. A small gesture or acknowledgment would have made the milestone feel more special.
