Jess was a pleasure to work woth from start to finish. Her perserverance to make a sale was second to none. We met Jess in September last year, then made the mistake of going with another agency. It was an awful experience, which left me in tears on more than one occasion. We finished out that contract, took a couple of weeks to rest and recover, then, hat in hand and tail firmly between the legs, we approached Jess for help. She was amazing. She immediately put us as ease with her friendly and genuine attitude. She's very knowledgeable, and the one question she didn't know the answer to (we asked a LOT) was investigated and answered a day later. Her communication was consistent and honest. We never felt pressured into anything. We were always in charge and whilst she frequently gave honest advice, and readily made suggestions, that's all they ever were - suggestions. She never did anything without our explicit instruction. Our whole experience with her was positive, and every time I saw her, I wanted to give her a hug. Don't get me wrong - she's an absolute shark. But she hunts buyers. She worked for us, and she worked HARD. After six months on the market with an agent, who pushed us to accept an offer that was $40k below RV, Jess sold our place in 3 weeks, and the price was higher that we were expecting. By a LOT. I feel like I'm gushing, but I honestly do not have a bad word to say about Jess. She is bubbly, respectful, genuine and honest. At the beginning we asked a few hairy questions, and they were answered, even though she knew we weren't going to like her response. If you want/need your property sold, talk to Jess. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Jess got our house sold in an amazing time with a fabulous price. We are very very impressed and, given the opportunity, wold work with her again.
Jess was incredible, she took all the stress out of what had been a hard year with the house for us. With us having to change islands mid renovations, then trying to sell in a buyers market.
