Astrid helped the reviewer sell this property

Good price and a smooth sale of our cross lease home

We recently sold our home with Astrid and would happily recommend her. She got us a good price, and a big part of that was how well she worked with the buyers. Every question was followed up and answered properly, so the buyers had what they needed to move forward with confidence. Our house was a cross lease, which made it less straightforward than a standard sale. Some details needed clarifying with our neighbours, and Astrid handled that for us, keeping things moving and making sure nothing held up the sale. If you're selling, I'd recommend talking to Astrid.
