With more than 20 years in real estate, I’ve experienced the many sides of property and understand that no two situations are the same. Sometimes selling a home marks an exciting new beginning; at other times, it comes during a period of significant change.
Estate property can be particularly challenging, with decisions to make, belongings to sort, repairs to arrange and a property to prepare — often when emotions are already running high. I understand how stressful and overwhelming this can feel, and my role is to bring experience, perspective and practical guidance to the process.
Where preparation is needed before a property comes to market, I can help identify what needs to be done, provide experienced advice around priorities and presentation, and, where appropriate, connect my clients with trusted professionals and services who can take care of the work. Over the years, I’ve learned that it’s better to be the most interested person in the room, rather than being the most interesting. Listening is at the heart of how I work; understanding what matters, recognising individual circumstances and knowing when a little extra support can make all the difference. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to listen, understand what matters to you and provide honest, considered guidance throughout the process.
