Re the recent sale of our Papamoa property.

We met Ashley Spiller at an open home some 15 months ago. We were there to try and get an idea of the local market. We spoke with Ashley and told her from the outset we weren't buyers at that time but were simply doing homework to get an idea of what our budget could achieve. She treated us with respect and dignity and was extremely helpful offering professional advice and her take on the market conditions at that time. We knew then we had found the person whom we would be trusting to sell our house when the time came. That time came recently and Ashley excelled herself in every aspect of the journey we took with her.
