Don't bother looking for a better agent than Ashley, she's awesome! Her price appraisal was bang-on with the sale price, in a really hard market to appraise on. She listened to what we thought was important. She treated us with respect when we didn't know what we didn't know. She marketed the house perfectly and ultimately found the buyer we needed. Ashley knows what she's doing, and she knows people who know what they're doing. I doubt we'll need to sell our next house for ages, but if we did I'll be giving Ashley a call first. Her and her team are worth their weight in gold, I promise!
It's been 13 years since buying a house so we were pretty much novices! Ashley guided us through the whole process with clarity, and her professional and friendly approach made it possible for us to buy the house we've always wanted. We never EVER felt like she was "just working for the vendor" too - if anyone ever feels that from other agents, they need to find Ashley and buy through her!
