Ashley's manner was really pleasant and helpful. She communicated well and according to my daughter, waited at the house for our builder which made things very easy. She also provided colouring papers and pencils for my grandson during an open home which was a huge help, enabling us to properly look around. Ashley was calm and quietly confident - I felt we were in good hands.
