Charles and Ashleigh are an absolutely outstanding team. Their communication, drive, initiative and outside the box thinking led to the sale of our house in a very short time. I can not speak highly enough of them. The lending criteria had already been tightened, we had been on the market already for a reasonable amount of time with little interest. They kept in contact with everything they were doing. They looked at other avenues and went forward with reaching out to other potential buyers other than just advertising and holding the open homes.
