We have brought and sold a number of houses and investment properties over the years, we had some really bad experiences with agents too along the way. Zero communication, no signs up 2 weeks after listing, not acting on leads or interested parties, we had really lost confidence in agents. We are currently too busy with work and decided to list with an agent for the last sale and after talking with Ashlee as one of a number of agents we spoke to we chose her to sell a small rental property we had. In short, she did what she promised to do, she communicated better than any agent we have previously used, she was fast. Fast to list, fast to advertise and our first open home happened 5 days after listing. We had offers on the table in 2 weeks and a contract a week later, unconditional a week after that. All that and a nice person as well. We would highly recommend Ashlee to anybody that wants to know what's going on with very regular updates and wants action not words.
