We sold our Papamoa beach property with Ashlea. Not only was this our first time selling a property, but due to Covid restrictions we could not leave Auckland, requiring the whole process to be completed remotely. What could have been an extremely stressful event was made so simple by Ashlea’s excellent communication and professionalism. As soon as we contacted Ashlea she provided a prompt reply, pre-empting many of our questions and in such detail that we felt early on she would be the agent we would move forward with. Ashlea’s knowledge of the Papamoa market was exceptional and she advised us that negotiation may be the better sale method. Unfortunately, we had been swayed by alternate opinions so opted for auction instead. However, this resulted in a lack of enquiries, but as soon as we switched to negotiation the interest heated up and within a few days we had an offer at the top end of our range! Ashlea’s attention to detail ensured our house looked perfect, with her arranging staging, additional cleaning, and even having to deal with a couple of curveballs from the previous tenants very close to settlement. She handled this in her stride and never once were we worried about the outcome. We feel very fortunate to have found Ashlea and have already been recommending her to friends and family in the area. We could not fault anything; she is the epitome of a 5-star agent.
We are in Auckland and our rental property went on the market just after lockdown. Ashlea went above and beyond our expectations making the sale process very easy. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research, interviewed many agents to see who would be the best choice based on our circumstances that by no means were easy.
