Ash impressed me as pragmatic and direct on a man to man basis with no confusing speak. He did what he said. I felt comfortable that I was respected and my money respected - just as I took care to respect Ash and the Vendors. It all went like clockwork - thank you. I am now using Ash as my agent for my sale and that is so-far-so-good. We have bought and sold 7 houses in NZ - Cecile has enjoyed some agents and others have made it painful. Ash has been a good fit because he respects people and he is authentic in his dealings.
