Understanding that an Auction was going to be the best approach based on our home and the current market, set us up well for the sale. The schedule from then on was like clock work. The site was well photographed and videoed, and then the focus was on maximizing the interest in the property which the team did really well, by getting a heap of people through the open homes. There was solid communication throughout. The team went about their work in a calm, experienced manner, which gave us great confidence. This was carried right through to auction day where we felt well informed around the process. I could see the work that went in to assisting the buyers also, to make sure they had piece of mind.
