From the very first meeting both Ash and Giyore kept us informed about the sale process, our options and what to expect on the run up to the auction. They made us feel relaxed to list when we felt ready. Whilst the marketing material was clearly aimed at the private buyer, they were able to connect to a wider market, including developers and maybe investors. They gave us weekly updates on progress and we were made aware of the current status of all interested parties. Nothing seemed to be a hassle and they always made themselves available when we needed to ask them anything.
