Ash and Hannah have been an absolute dream to work with! Their communication was fantastic, and they really listened to my ideas and ran with them, which worked so well for me. While I'm certainly not the professional when it comes to selling property, I felt that after having the house on the market for a while, it was time to try a different approach. Rather than marketing it simply as a house, I decided to present it as a do-up project, which seemed to attract a completely different audience and resulted in a quick turnaround. Perhaps being a little more realistic about what the property was worth also helped, but I'm so grateful to Ash and Hannah for being open to my kids and my ideas, guiding us through the process, and helping us achieve a great result.
