This being the sale of my first house, there were many things I had not had to consider or plan for previously, and Ash helped walk me through all options and was open and honest with his feedback of thoughts I had shared with him about where I wanted to head with the sale. With his help and expert advice (not to mention the amazing photography), plus his dedication and commitment to drive towards our goal, we ended up with a sale within 1 month of listing. There's no-one else I'd trust more with a house sale/purchase!
