We purchased the property as a rental investment. As a result we required a myriad of tradies to access the property before settlement to assess and quote work to get the property ready for prospective tenants. This required countless occasions that Ash met us on site to facilitate these meetings. Despite all this, nothing was ever a problem. He turned up to every appointment on time without fail. Ash was always super fast and clear to communicate with. He was totally up front, helpful and professional during the negotiation stage. I approached Ash and his female colleague about a current appraisal on my house in Russell of which they agreed and came and viewed within half an hour. Gave me some comparisons in the area and a rough guideline of what it was worth in their minds and asked what my view was of their reccomendations as they said it was a good homely property with sea views and easy walking distance to town. I told them the hand rails in the upstairs veranders where not up to speck and needed to be higher for a CCC. Of which they thanked me for and said they would have to inform any prospective buyers about it. Later in the week Ash came and took some photos and together came up with a marketing plan and placed the house on the market after I informed them of what I expected out of it. They had several people view it and within 2 weeks I had a sale and purchase agreement signed which has now gone unconditional. I found both Ash and his female colleague to be very knowledgeable and super easy to deal with. I would strongly reccomend them as Real Estate agents in the Far North area.

This being the sale of my first house, there were many things I had not had to consider or plan for previously, and Ash helped walk me through all options and was open and honest with his feedback of thoughts I had shared with him about where I wanted to head with the sale. With his help and expert advice (not to mention the amazing photography), plus his dedication and commitment to drive towards our goal, we ended up with a sale within 1 month of listing.
