Lani has done a great job in marketing our property in 2021. I think we picked the correct marketing strategy for the situation in Auckland, and she did a great job on following that strategy through. For us, other than keeping the house in presentable condition and liaising with Lani, it felt like we were hands-off the selling process. No doubt Lani has put in a significant number of hours with potential buyers. But for us that has been out of view and with two young kids and a job, we wouldn’t have had the capacity to do any of that. Lani came around with champagne and flowers to congratulate us after the auction, but I feel she deserved the thanks and a decent break. She looked more exhausted than us!
