Steve acted for Vendors on a sale to us as well as acting for us on the sale of our property - so we experienced him on both sides of transactions. He was very measured and professional in his approach - respectful of the confidentiality associated with the role. As I expect he was with the vendor to us, he was very strategic in his advice top us as vendors and ultimately was able to secure a sale that we were happy with. His knowledge of the beach and awareness of potential purchasers in the market certainly enhanced the process.
