From the first meeting we loved Aruns energy and enthusiasm. He is determined to get the best results, always being honest and up front, and also kind and caring. Thank you Arun!

Our experience with Arun was outstanding. He was always positive and calm. A can do attitude and nothing was a problem. His market knowledge was impeccable, great communicator and always professional. If you want your property marketed with exceptional results, we would highly recommend you choose Arun.

It felt like when we arrived and also everytime we came back. Arun wanted to make the sale happen for us! We felt like it would always go through! He was very understanding of us buying our house for first time and made it easy for us to move forward on decisions! All round a good easy deal and we felt well looked after! Cheers Arun!

Arun did a wonderful job for us on finding our new family home! Highly highly recommend.

Arun was recommended to us to sell an estate property of mine and my siblings late mother. It has sat on the market for sometime and we needed a fresh approach. Arun was amazing. He was professional and persistent in an awful market and he managed to get us not only the house sold but a good result. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a great real estate agent.

Our house was on the market for 6 months with another agent until we contacted Arun. We had seem him list and sell property's within 2 weeks to a month while we sat waiting. After we contacted him, he told us he would sell our house, and that's exactly what he did, and it only took him 4 weeks!! Believe the reviews and believe the hype. I can't recommend Arun enough, he is so easy to deal with and incredibly good at his job. Hire Arun as your agent, you won't regret it!

We are thrilled to recommend Arun as a real estate agent. From our first interaction with Arun, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care for our needs. Arun gave us honest advice, was always respectful, and delivered results that we are very happy with. Thank you Arun, much appreciated!!

Arun was great throughout the process of purchasing our first home. He was friendly, approachable, and always available to answer our questions. He kept us informed and made sure we understood everything with a sense of professionalism and confidence. We appreciate his knowledge and time given to help make things that much easier!

Arun has been a very conscientious, professional and dedicated real estate agent, who has been a pleasure to deal with.

After many weeks of searching we found an awesome unit in a Lifestyle Village with the help of Arun who went out of his way to secure a viewing and help make a successful offer.

Arun has been absolutely awesome to work with and helped make the journey of buying our first home so enjoyable and stress free! From basically spending a full day with us showing us around houses to helping us work through our requirements and actually listening to what we were looking for. He is one who truly cares and nothing is ever too much to ask. 100% genuine and highly recommended!

We have just had the best experience selling our first property with Arun Mehan Bayleys Real Estate ✨ Arun had always reassured us that he would sell our house and we never doubted his professionalism and knowledge in the market. We knew we had chosen the best realtor to help us the moment that we met Arun. He works hard and efficient to do what’s best for the vendor and purchaser and making sure the sale goes smoothly for both parties. Arun’s communication and quirky sense of humour is top notch and I wouldn’t think twice to re-sell or buy from him. We can't recommend him highly enough to anyone looking to sell their property - with the best in the business!! So happy to put up a SOLD sign! Thanks again Arun Mehan
