Art got us to the finish line!

Unknown to us we had a section notice on our title which threw a spanner in the works. Art worked around this and was able to lock in a final sale at a great price, regardless of this notice. He was patient and professional during what seemed like a rollercoaster ride for us and given it was our first ever house sale, he helped us understand what was happening.
