Art Devine sold our investment property within 2 weeks of being on the market. We are sellers from out of town and thought the process could be a bit daunting. Well, we couldn’t have been more wrong. Art made this the easiest investment sale we have ever encountered in our 30 years of owning property. Art was so well informed on the current market situation which from our point of view took away all the guess work. Art was completely professional and took care of every detail.
