Highly professional personable and above and beyond expectations

Arno is a very personable man and very easy to deal with. His communication was always punctual and timely. I found Arno to be really fantastic to deal with and he absolutely went beyond his scope to ensure everything in the purchasing process ran smoothly. He was always available to answers any questions and works ridiculous hours even with a young family. Nothing was ever a problem. Over all a top guy with a big future ahead of him.
