Armand has a good awareness of when to give thinking space and when to offer info and support. I found him sincere and professional without being stuffy. Its nice when your agent can celebrate your sucesses and commiserate your losses -genuinely. Truely I hope he is still in this role when I next need to sell or purchase property.
