Armand is the agent I bought my first home in New Zealand 7 years ago. He is so patient, honest and has all the knowledge about real estate. He helps me went through all the steps till I finally settled in this lovely home. Every Christmas I receive Armand's greeting card. He is really kind and considerate. When I want to sell my house, Armand is the agent I want to work with. If you want to sell your house, Armand is the agent you need.
Armand was amazing, he guided us through the selling of our late fathers home. He was at all times very professional and kept us informed with every step of the process. Thanks Armand.
Armand does what he says he will do. He would provide updates on a regular basis and we could not be happier with the end result. Armand was professional and very customer focused which is what our family were after from the start. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner and we were provided with excellent communication from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Armand . Thanks Again Paul Houston
Armand was fantastic to deal with, he went the extra mile and got the job done. We were pleased with the result of our house sale and would highly recommend Armand and his team
The purchasing experience with Armand was very professional, we were able to contact Armand for advice and viewings with ease and he was very accommodating with getting us into his schedule.

We are so pleased with the way Armand conducted the sale of our home. We had previously been dealing with another agency company for a year prior with the worst kind of muck arounds you could imagine. Armand took our sale on and we had our first offer within a few weeks. Armands communication was always top notch and he let us know exactly where we stood with everything and called us immediately after each open home. Having such clear open communication made it less stressful for us as sellers and we cannot recommend him enough.
Not only did Armand sell our family home but he also found me a very suitable new place for me once I got him on the job. Am impressed with the follow up and have already recommended him to friends. Nice bloke too.
Armand is very easy to get along with, he was always available to answer our questions and to give us feedback. He always put in extra effort to work around our busy young family and was even good with the little ones. Bruce from Ray White was also awesome in a different way but we still found him just as good so this made having two agents easy and not at all a hassle. I would recommend Armand and Bruce to anyone wanting to sell 😁
Armand from day one always kept us informed of any issue and was always extremely proactive throughout the selling process. We were comforted to know he always had our best interest foremost in his mind. Thank you Armand for making an emotional and difficult process for myself and my sisters much more bearable with your friendly, sensitive and very professional approach to selling our beloved mothers house. With thanks, Toni Bishop
