Originally we were tempted to list our property in Matamata with the local agents, but I had seen Tall Poppy win a few awards so wanted to check them out. I had a number in mind to sell the property for, which was higher than the local agents had appraised it for. So I had hoped Andrew might see the potential in the house that we did. Excellent communication from Andrew, always ready to assist with my questions. This was most useful as I did not meet him once. All transactions between myself and Andrew were by email and phone. He superseded the top quote by a different agent and the commission was at the lowest rate offered by Tall Poppy.
