She was thorough and realistic in her presentation of properties but also connected well with us, quickly assessing that we were plain language people and adjusting to suit our style which made show comfortable and fun. When it came to making an offer, Shannan was honest and clear about what a realistic expectation was, and was very helpful and supportive. She was up front about how she gets paid and made us feel like we could trust her. Once we were conditional Shannan Continued to stay in contact and provided clear and consistent communication.
