Ian was very helpful and gave us the best chance to purchase the property by advising what was happening through the whole process. A pre-auction offer was made, so it was quite a scramble getting things together and Ian and the 003 team really supported us to make it happen and to get the auction. The arranged another time for us to view the property prior and to get a building inspection done turning this all around in a matter of days. They even stopped in once we were in the property with a gift bag and a bottle of champagne and were helpful when we had a few questions about the property following the purchase.
