What I really liked as an out-of-town purchaser about Rob, was not being sold to. He provided all the info I needed without any pressure, and when we had a tricky situation to negotiate, his communications were just right- friendly but not pushy. I also appreciated his practical help in dropping off keys when I was unavailable to pick up. Gift basket was an added treat!

Rob had worked for me before. He understood my needs, which Covid had changed from the first engagement. He always checks what I want...not just the money, but also the timing and other issues. I want to be fair with prospective buyers. He is explicit about costs and about publicity campaigns...and those campaigns were brilliant. He pitched at what is so special, the location and the view. And we accepted an offer in five days...amazing! Rob is also supported by a great team, and that is not just Marika! I trust them...but I have no more homes to sell!!!
