Rob provided great professional service when selling my property. He understood the market and had a wealth of knowledge and experience in my suburb. He was adaptable with his marketing approach and I appreciated his regular updates throughout the house selling journey.
From the start great communication, knowledge of how the market is, friendly team, Great service
What I really liked as an out-of-town purchaser about Rob, was not being sold to. He provided all the info I needed without any pressure, and when we had a tricky situation to negotiate, his communications were just right- friendly but not pushy. I also appreciated his practical help in dropping off keys when I was unavailable to pick up. Gift basket was an added treat!
Rob did a terrific job as a real estate agent. Made a complex process simpler and manageable.
It was a pleasure to have Rob as my house sale agent. Always put me at ease and kept me well informed on progress. Thanks for a successful sale
Rob was outstanding from initial engagement right through to settlement. He took great care to ensure we were well informed and accross all the detail. His communication throughout the process was excellent, honest and professional and he set clear expectations. We loved having the added bonus of Robs wife Marika on the team at every open home and making sure everything looked and sounded amazing. A fantastic team. Thrilled with the result and will absolutely be using them again in the future!
This purchase was not an easy one for us as we are still in the UK and have never bought a property sight unseen before and Rob and Marika have made the whole experience worry free. We would certainly reccommend them to any of our friends.
We have found Rob to be upfront and easy to deal with. He has a wealth of knowledge and picked up on mistakes on another contract that hadn't been spotted by others. Thanks
Hi everyone. Rob and Marika have now sold 4 of our properties over the last 4 years. Each time exceeding expectations. We are extremely happy with our latest sale considering the market is now producing interesting times where financing can be more difficult. As genuinely impatient (sometimes picky) clients, We have always found their communication to be quick, this is highly appreciated. We would be more than happy to continue working with Team Rob and Marika and recommend there experience at getting deals over the line when times get tricky. Thanks again guys.
Rob had worked for me before. He understood my needs, which Covid had changed from the first engagement. He always checks what I want...not just the money, but also the timing and other issues. I want to be fair with prospective buyers. He is explicit about costs and about publicity campaigns...and those campaigns were brilliant. He pitched at what is so special, the location and the view. And we accepted an offer in five days...amazing! Rob is also supported by a great team, and that is not just Marika! I trust them...but I have no more homes to sell!!!
It was a pleasure having Rob to deal with the sale and purchase of properties for us. He had all our 'ducks lined up' and made everything happen in a short timeframe with minimum stress. Thanks again Rob
