After receiving our 1st offer I think Rob was keen for us to accept but we didn’t and then when we put a price on it he would have liked us to put $10,000 less. We had already dropped our price 3 times. We would have liked more, but the market was really tough. Any way at the end of the day we are happy.
From start to finish he handled everything with utmost professionalism, nothing to big or small, it was done. Was very careful no rules were broken throughout the experience and seemed very fair to both buyer and vender which I appreciated.

We met Rob when viewing a property that after inspection we decided wasn't right for us. Rob respected our decision without any hard selling and asked about the type of house we were seeking. A week later Rob highlighted a property that had just come on the market to us and arranged a viewing within the limited time we had available. As Rob suggested, the property was perfect for us and we now own it. Rob was professional through the whole process and helped with various questions we had and communication with the sellers (even after the purchase was unconditional) and always replied promptly to emails.

He had taken the time to listen to our feedback when we had attended open homes he held. A perfect house was coming up for listing with another Bayleys agent - Rob rang us immediately to get us ahead of the crowd and successfully into our new home. When selling Rob was a balance of enthusiastic and realistic. Rob is great fun to deal with, which made the process much less stressful. He helped in little ways to prep the property, and actively pursued potential buyers. We were overseas when the Dunedin floods happened in early October 2024 - Rob went around to check on our property off his own bat and checked through to make sure it was OK. We were selling in a tough market however. Rob was realistic about pricing and the advice he gave us. He ground out a sale through some pretty trying conditions when there are similar houses in our area sitting unsold. We would have no questions with using Rob again to sell. He won’t sugarcoat things and tell you what you want to hear - but he will commit 100% to getting your house sold. Results matter, and Rob will go above and beyond to get the result for you.
