I had already successfully sold another property myself, so when Rob approached to see if he could assist me in selling my other property he had his work cut out to educate me as to the benefits of using his services. After some discussions he convinced me and I asked him to help me sell my property. In hindsight even though I was pretty adamant I could do it myself, I am happy I went with Rob. He was able to encourage much better qualified buyers to the auction, and I didn’t have to waste my weekends running open homes.
