We found Matt to be excellent throughout the inspection process. He at very short notice gave us a second viewing on the property this was most appreciated as we reside out of town. After making an offer Matt was in contact with as when required and we were able to call him at any time to discuss the sale & purchase. What we most appreciated about Matt was his easy going nature, not pushy and very easy to talk to. His knowledge on the property was excellent and anything else we queried about he was happy to ring the owners to clarify while we were there. Matt goes well beyond an agent’s normal role in selling a house , I can not recommend him highly enough. As the headline states, Matt and of course his colleague Kirstie are both very clearly a professional in their line of work, however they have a remarkable sense of "approachability". As a first home buyer, had never putting a foot into the world of all this real estate "jargon" it was certainly a bit intimidating. All my queries, questions and most importantly worries were only a phone call away and quickly settled in a manner I could understand and work with. Professional, but can cater to that first home buyer who just may need a little "help" along, making the buying experience ever so less "scary", "intimidating", and most importantly "stress-free".
