Matt was the agent for the property that I wanted to purchase and I attempted to list my own property privately. Matt was such a great communicator, friendly and easy to deal with when I was the purchaser it made perfect sense to bring him on as the agent to list my house. He nailed the sale in 9 working days which is unbelievable! Throughout that time, he was super helpful and easy to deal with. I really appreciated his effective communication and would use him again in a heartbeat!
