April remained positive and up beat. She was able to look past the superficial interior and gave me tips on how to make the place sparkle again. She then outlined a clear selling plan. Being an ex rental there was a couple of bumps in the road, but April never gave up. At each open home we had multiple offers and we are very happy to have it sold.

We found April very knowledgeable about our local area. April was very easy to deal with, professional and informative. Our house went on the market the week the country went into a national lockdown and April was still able to work on selling our home. When the country went down the levels, April managed the viewings and became creative with other ways of showing the house to prospective purchases.
