Communication style - efficient, friendly, honest a pleasure to deal with. Market Knowledge - reasonably accurate Negotiation Skills - could have worked harder for me & not accepted price reduction when house did not need reroofing straight away. Builders reports from the vendors are not always accurate or honest and I should have got a second opinion before believing the builders report and agreeing to reducing the price. Professionalism - very good skills.
She has years of experience, was always positive and made us feel our property was a good listing for her to to work with.
