David is a true professional, he is extremely polite, unassuming, respectful and loves a challenge. He skillfully negotiated our the sale of our property to get the amount we wanted. This was not an easy sale for David owing to problems with our family trust. He stuck with it right through until it was sorted, offering all sorts of support. we are so grateful to David for this. Using ARIZTO is a no brainer. Other agencies would have charged up to $28,000 to sell our house. ARIZTO charged $11,500 GST inclusive. As the purchaser I have found Dave easy to deal with, getting questions answered from the Vendors nice and quickly. Fuss free process. I have however found it annoying to be asked multiple times prior to settlement to rate my agent. I would much prefer to be asked after the deal was finished and not before.
