Hannah was fabulous to work with, she kept us up to date and informed throughout the sale process. She was on to it and knew what was going on constantly. Hannah was absolutely amazing to deal with. Selling a house is my idea of purgatory but Hannah made it as painless as possible and was so helpful (but firm!) when it came to giving me suggestions as to what to do with my house to make it as attractive as possible to the market. She had people lined up to view the house as soon as it went live and kept me up to date the whole way through. We had a fairly short deadline sale process of about 3 weeks and it was sold on the day. A fantastic result. Hannah is a consummate professional and knows the real estate market so well.
