Dealing with 3 vendors on the one property, one of which is on the other side of the world can't be easy but Jayden took it all in his stride. Making sure we were all kept informed through every step of the process going above and beyond. His compassion and understanding of the situation was brilliant. He genuinely cares about his clients. I sincerely hope that Jayden is an indication of the future of estate agents

Jayden was an awesome agent, always ready to answer any questions, he was realistic, was willing to work to the time frames I had and I could not fault the process the whole way through. I couldn't recommend him enough! Thanks Jayden

Jayden is an excellent communicator which made for a smooth sale of our home. We highly recommend his informative yet relaxed style which led to a very successful sale!

We knew from the moment we first met Jayden, he was our guy to sell our home! His refreshing down to earth honesty and charisma had us feeling both at ease with this first experience of selling a home, to also laughing and enjoying every second of the process. We had great trust in Jayden, and he truly had the best interests of our whole whānau at heart. A local lad who steals the show, knows his community, and gets results for the seller and buyer. Ngā mihi Jayden and Tall Poppy!

We were extremely pleased with Jayden's service and found him to always go above and beyond our expectations. He managed to sell our home very quickly when others failed. Highly recommended to any one wanting to sell or purchase a property

Selling the family home under difficult circumstances is not an easy thing to do. With Jayden's knowledge and support the experience was made so much easier. His caring attitude and market knowledge helped ensure that the process was smooth, Mum was supported, and we achieved a great result all in the wind up to Christmas. I couldn't give a higher recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to work with Jayden again.

When looking for an agent, I decided to go off someone that had good reviews so we went with Jayden. My husband and I have been impressed at how Jayden handles every aspect of his work. From his communication to his care for our property. If we had to do it all over again we would choose Jayden.

The selling process was made pleasantly easy as Jayden was always very helpful and was an excellent communicator. Whatever was required, Jayden always followed through with queries. Very professional and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend him to future clients.

Jayden & Brendon were helpful from the start of selling process through to settlement day. Jayden kept us informed all the way through and responded to any questions we had quickly. He also helped facilitate the removal of the outside lift to ensure Mum could leave the house safely on settlement day. He was respectful of Mum's circumstances & we appreciate his consideration & thoughtfulness of us all.

Jayden's positive 'Can Do' attitude sealed the listing for the agency from the start and continued right through to possession date for the sale. Jayden identified cleaners, plumbers, and lawn mowing services for us to choose from and facilitated access when required. We were made fully aware of what was happening at all times and his wealth of local knowledge was invaluable. Jayden attended to or oversaw all detail inside and out to put the property in its best light which saw multi-offer opportunities and an outcome the family were all pleased with. I would recommend Jayden to anyone looking to sell an estate property.

A fabulous young man that kept me informed at all stages of the sales process and followed up on his promises.
