A friendly cheerful person, Jay den's happy personality was a pleasure to work with. He gave information that was helpful in making decisions with the times of the market. He understood and respectfully cared how things were going. Keeping in touch with phone calls, text and emails with reports, communication was good. I had no worries when it came to open homes I felt I was leaving my house and contents in safe trusted hands. At the end when house sold he was willing to just go the extra mile and extended any help that was needed.
