This is the second time we have experienced Jayden in real estate (both buying and selling), he works really hard and professional in all matters of the process from start to finish. His easy going nature, honesty and perseverance was greatly appreciated in this market. Would highly recommend his services for selling your home.

Jayden recently listed and sold our parents home. Jayden was very thorough, super helpful and very understanding. He knew the area and the market and his advice was right on target. I would recommend Jayden for sure.

Jayden was a great help for us first home buyers which can be a pretty turbulent process first time around. great communication and truly informative knowledge on the local market. We were very impressed with Jaydens processes and the overall experience. Thanks for helping us secure our home.

Jayden from the outset presented himself as someone who knew the market, was extremely honest and professional at all times. He was confident and realistic without being "pushy". His contacts and networking with prospective buyers meant we were able to market our home and close off a successful sale in three weeks. Fantastic! Would recommend to any prospective sellers or buyers.

This was my first experience and was a totally professional one. Although I knew Jayden personally he conducted the process in a total business manner. I have nothing but praise for his commitment ,communication and time spent on the job . I will be recommending Jayden as an agent to family and friends

A friendly cheerful person, Jay den's happy personality was a pleasure to work with. He gave information that was helpful in making decisions with the times of the market. He understood and respectfully cared how things were going. Keeping in touch with phone calls, text and emails with reports, communication was good. I had no worries when it came to open homes I felt I was leaving my house and contents in safe trusted hands. At the end when house sold he was willing to just go the extra mile and extended any help that was needed. It was good to know I had a backup person along my journey to get me to where I wanted to go next. Thanks very much Jayden for all you have done you were very much appreciated. A good job done.

As first home buyers we really appreciated Jaydens help throughout the whole process. From the first viewing to going unconditional we found Jayden incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure he was available to answer any questions we had and that we were kept updated regularly. We would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house. Thanks Jayden!

We found Jayden to be very professional and communicated well, always friendly, and never pushy. I would recommend him to anyone that is thinking of selling or buying a home.

This is the third time we have dealt with Jayden buying and selling. His local knowledge of the Real Estate climate is second to none, He was always up front and gave us options to consider. He kept us in the loop constantly we always knew exactly what was happening. He got a really good result for us even in this tough market at present. Seriously if you are at all considering buying or selling - do not go Past Team Jayden and Paris - a formidable Team - under the Tall Poppy umbrella.

Jayden is very good at communicating and answering any questions we had with the purchase. His knowledge of the property and the area were invaluable to us as we are new to the Otaki area. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Jayden and Paris give you a total professional level of knowledge ,communication, and excellence in their sales experience, on a weekly basic you get full sales report, and telephone updates, they advise you on the best way to market your home from the outset, and you feel that your home means as much to them as it does to you , no stone is unturned to get the best result possible,we can only both thank them for there support and excellence in selling, and can recommend them and Tall Poppy

Jayden was upfront about price expectations and where the market was heading. He presented clear documentation to back up his professional opinion and sent regular reports. His communication was timely with phone calls, texts and emails to keep us updated. Jayden was always polite and unhurried. He gave us the space to contribute to the marketing plan and followed up with potential buyers to ensure they knew the good points about our property. Jayden went the extra mile to water pot plants, take out the collection bins and keep the place going while we were out of town. His communication with home-stagers and subcontractors was also much appreciated. We highly recommend Jayden and the Tall Poppy Team. It was a relief to be looked after by them as we could hand over the whole process and carry on with our lives. We have now bought and sold through Tall Poppy and would do so again. Thanks, Jayden!
