It has been a great pleasure working with Matt. He has really supported us on the entire journey, giving us advises from minor house retouches, advising best suited staging partners, as well as sharing with us his expert advises. Hence wise we were able to sell our property so quickly under such slow moving market.

Matt is a superstar par excellence

Matt is awesome! He was recommended to us by a friend. His professionality and knowledgeability on the real estate market made the selling process stress free. He sent us the vendor report in detail each week so we knew exactly what was happening during the past week. Furthermore, Matt is upfront and honest, I believe these are the most important attributes in a real estate agent which I don’t always see in others. Definitely I will recommend him to my friend in the future. He deserves 5+ Stars!

As usual absolutely amazing gets the job done.

This is the 3rd property that Matt Gibson has marketed for us and once again his Professional skills and experience he applies get the sale across the line is outstanding. Even though the current market proved to be difficult, Matt persevered with open homes and still managed to bring 3 contracts to the table. We would highly recommend Matt to take on the sale of any property as his years of experience over other agents is second to none. He certainly is not there just to tick the boxes but will work closely with the vendor in a very personal way to ensure you are constantly updated with the sale process, whether it be by Auction, by negotiation or by fixed price.

Above and Beyond

Matt did a fantastic job selling my unit in Meadowbank from giving us advice early on about what we needed to do to get it market ready, making the whole process super easy leading to a successful sale at auction. He’s down to earth, a great communicator and works hard to follow up with every single potential buyer for the properties he is selling. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent that will go the extra mile to get a great outcome for both vendors and buyers.

It is Results that Count!!!

We would recommend Matt as a great communicator, closer and negotiator all attributes of a sales person who you want in your camp. An agent who will get the job done! We chose Matt because he was a Ray White Remuera sales agent and a resident of the Stonefields community. This was a decision which came down to the wire between a different RE company and sales agent and had nothing to do with appraisals on the property as we already had a low ball figure in our head based on a valuation. We have high expectations and believe in 100% commitment to service, making us what is referred in the industry as 'difficult owners'. Unfortunately when our property hit the market it was awash with other properties and owners all competing for limited buyers. We were always realistic with our price expectations which definitely helped the sale of our property. Why waste a considerable amount of money on marketing and upgrading your property if you do not listen to the 'experts' who in this instance was Matt Gibson. However at the end of the day, Matt sealed the deal, the day after the Auction. Props out to Matt…who achieved more than asking price. This was undeniably the highlight of our campaign, and a fantastic outcome for all. Matt and Team Ray White Remuera led by Megan Jaffe helped navigate a successful relationship not just made a viable transaction. If it wasn’t for Matt's efforts and our decision to trust his recommendations who knows whether the sold sticker would have been across our For Sale sign in record timing.

Matt delivered quickly in a challenging market

We made our decision to list with Matt as we felt he would be good to work as we could relate to him. When we did list our house, it appears just about everyone else did too and the market was suddenly awash with houses for sale just as consumer confidence had significantly dropped and hence there were much less buyers around. Matt did a great job is bringing to the table the one serious buyer available and helped negotiate an acceptable price very quickly. The whole process was over very quickly which is always a relief!
